WHAT: Get together and walk with mindful awareness while we experience the joy of nature together.

Fill Your Cup Day Retreats
These day retreats will be full of learning Resets to add into your day and build your resilience to stress. We will be layering practices like breathwork, tapping, affirmations, movement, gratitude, HeartMath, sound baths, nature immersions, and more so you can find the Resets that work for you.
Day Immersion
We are offering a fun workshop for learners of all ages to experience how it feels to regulate our nervous systems through games, activities, and reset practices that can be proactively added into your daily life. These practices promote nervous system regulation to improve your relationships with yourself and others.
