Workshops and Community Events

Join us Oct 16th for a day of experiential resets to integrate into your life

We create fun programs for learners of all ages to experience how it feels to regulate our nervous systems through games, activities, and reset practices that can be proactively added into your daily life. When we are continually resetting ourselves on a daily basis, we build a higher capacity to handle stress as it arises. Also, by learning these techniques as a family or group, everyone will understand the importance of these practices and can help remind and integrate them into daily life. In challenging or stressful times, everyone can speak the same regulation language and will know how to help each other regulate.

Half-Day Workshops

Is time your limiting factor? We’ll make the most out of a few hours, and the lessons you’ll learn will continue to give you time in a regulated state with access to all of your higher functions :)

Monthly Meet-Ups

Out of all of the things we offer, I’m most excited about this: building a community of like-minded friends who feel like family. We support each other by listening to each other’s stories of regulation and meltdown, holding space for how challenging and stressful the world is, and encouraging each other to keep up the incredible work I know you’re all doing!
