WHAT: These day retreats will be full of learning Resets to add into your day and build your resilience to stress. We will be layering practices like breathwork, tapping, affirmations, movement, gratitude, HeartMath, sound baths, nature immersions, and more so you can find the Resets that work for you. You’re welcome to join us for on or all three!
Please wear weather comfortable clothing for ease of movement and walking shoes. Please bring a sac lunch, waterbottle, snacks, and anything else you may need for the day.
