About:
We are offering a fun workshop for learners of all ages to experience how it feels to regulate our nervous systems through games, activities, and reset practices that can be proactively added into your daily life. These practices promote nervous system regulation to improve your relationships with yourself and others.
When we are continually resetting ourselves on a daily basis, we build a higher capacity to handle stress as it arises. Also, by learning these techniques as a family or group, everyone will understand the importance of these practices and can help remind each other of these tools. In challenging or stressful times, everyone can speak the same regulation language and will know how to help each other regulate.
Cost:
The cost of running the workshop is approximately $100 per person.
