Ready for an in person experience? Join us for workshops, retreats, and immersions to learn reset practices. When integrated into your daily life these act as preventative regulation to build your window of tolerance for stressors and challenges.

We create fun programs for learners of all ages to experience how it feels to regulate our nervous systems through games, activities, and reset practices that can be proactively added into your daily life. When we are continually resetting ourselves on a daily basis, we build a higher capacity to handle stress as it arises. Also, by learning these techniques as a family or group, everyone will understand the importance of these practices and can help remind and integrate them into daily life. In challenging or stressful times, everyone can speak the same regulation language and will know how to help each other regulate.

Our retreats and workshops teach a variety of practices that promote nervous system regulation to improve your relationships with yourself and others. It is designed so each person can find those practices that work for them. We will build the foundation so that these integrations flow into each person’s daily life continuing to reset, restore, and build resiliency. Through experiential practices, reflection pieces, and immersing ourselves in nature, we’ll build up our skills and understanding of our own inner workings and how to support our health in any setting.
